DG-BG4100NU has a built in Access Point which allows multiple wireless clients to access the LAN resources and Internet wirelessly. The router also supports configuration of 4 additional Guest wireless networks with user isolation. The router can bridge wirelessly to another Access Point to extend the wireless network by few meters.

DG-BG4100NU supports robust security using WPA2 which enhances the security of wireless network to protect sensitive data from hackers. DG-BG4100NU also supports 64/128 bit WEP encryption which offers first level of security choice to home users to provide confidentiality of the wireless network.
Quick & Easy Secure Wireless Setup
The DG-BG4100NU wireless broadband router supports WPS (Wi-Fi Protected Setup), which simplifies wireless client setup procedures (using push button). This enables user to secure their wireless network quickly and easily.
Quality Of Service (QoS)
This router supports Quality of Service based on the application, IP address and the physical port based users. The priority can be set in 4 different
levels i.e. highest, high, normal and low depending on the type of traffic. The 4 LAN ports of the router can also be assigned priority depending on the type of traffic they carry.

The DG-BG4100NU provides redundancy by switching Internet connection between ADSL Port and 3G to provide redundancy in case Primary WAN link fails. This ensures uninterrupted Internet services to users.
